Shipping Policy
At Marcie's SubtleCrafts & More, every item is handcrafted or custom-made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because each order is created individually, production and shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability and current order volume.
We take great care in packaging every order to help ensure it arrives safely. Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen packages. Orders may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and tracking information will be emailed once your shipping label has been created.
Made-to-Order Production
Every order is made at the time your order is placed—nothing is mass-produced or pulled from a warehouse.
Production times may vary based on several factors, including:
- Availability of materials and supplies at the time of your order.
- Whether additional supplies need to be ordered before production can begin.
- Seasonal demand and overall order volume.
- The location where wholesale blank products are available, which may affect where your order ships from.
Because of this, estimated shipping times refer to transit time after your order has been completed and shipped, not the total time from the day you place your order.

Shipping transit times begin after your order has been completed and handed to the shipping carrier. Actual delivery times will depend on the carrier and destination.
Shipping Information
- Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. This does not always mean your package has shipped the same day.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.
- Multiple-item orders may arrive in separate shipments depending on production schedules or shipping locations.
- We currently help absorb a portion of shipping costs to keep rates as affordable as possible. However, we no longer offer free shipping on orders over $300.
