At Marcie's SubtleCrafts & More, every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. While we do our best to protect your items, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Shipping carriers may include USPS, FedEx, or UPS, and customers will receive tracking information once their order is ready to ship.
Please note: All items are made to order. This means that shipping time estimates are based on when the product is completed, not when the order is received. Processing times may vary depending on the item.
While we cover a portion of the shipping costs to keep rates affordable for our customers, we no longer offer free shipping on orders over $300.

Tracking numbers are assigned once a label is created, but this does not always mean the package has shipped that same day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends.
